- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Poor. Waited on hold for ten minutes. Then got hung up on. Called back, waited on hold for 15 min to be told that they don't have access to appointments and they would ring back in four hours. Previous visits haven't been great - paperwork lost. People who answered my calls gave me missinformation. Incorrect items prescribed. Luckily, they called back within 20 minutes. To tell me that you can only book appointments on the day.
