- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! ( older lady with dark short hair) Recently wanted to make a purchase at the store and was told in a very rude blunt way " we are actually closed " while shrugging her shoulders and lifting her hands up as if she didn't know what I was saying as if we wasn't already stood in the shop browsing. If she told us in a more polite manor I wouldn't have minded but her tone of voice and her body language was just rude and disrespectful. They definitely need to work on their customer service skills. Maybe need to go on a training course. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend to friends or even enemies.by CharleyApril 04, 2017
